Soul Coaching Session (90 minutes)

In a soul coaching session, we aim to align your inner spiritual life with your outer life. It helps to clear out mental and emotional clutter so you can hear the messages from within. We have a short coaching session and then a reiki session after to integrate the discoveries. This can help you get closer to discovering your life purpose, and get unstuck, so you can design a life that supports your mission. This can be done in-person or virtually.

Chakra Balancing Session (60 minutes)

Chakra balancing encourages your body to return to a natural state of balance and joy using knowledge of the energetic system. I will test the flow of energy in your chakras and will balance the chakras needing attention with the help of crystals and reiki.
